Hushy — Sleep Sounds & White Noise

1. What We Collect
We collect almost nothing. Hushy is designed to work without an account.

We do not collect your name, email, or any account credentials.
2. Analytics — TelemetryDeck
We use TelemetryDeck to understand how the app is used (e.g., which features are most used, crash frequency). TelemetryDeck hashes all identifiers before they leave your device — the data we receive is never personally identifiable. You can opt out at any time in Settings → Privacy & Analytics.
3. In-App Purchases — RevenueCat
Hushy Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store / Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription state. RevenueCat may receive your App Store / Play Store receipt and a randomly generated install ID. We never receive your payment details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
4. Location
If you grant location permission, Hushy fetches local weather to suggest sounds. The GPS lookup is done on-device via the OS; only the resulting weather condition (not your coordinates) is used within the app. We do not store or transmit your location.
5. Notifications
If you enable a bedtime reminder, the notification is scheduled locally on your device. No data leaves your device to power this feature.
6. Audio Files
All sound files are bundled within the app. No audio is recorded from your microphone — ever.
7. Children
Hushy does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). The app does not require account creation.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
All session history lives in your device's local storage. Deleting the app removes it entirely. There is no server-side data to delete.
9. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your data to any third party.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be reflected in the app and on our website with a new effective date.
