Terms of Use
Hushy — Sleep Sounds & White Noise

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Hushy you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hushy on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Subscriptions (Hushy Pro)
Hushy Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Subscription fees are charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancel at any time in your device's Manage Subscriptions settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
- Prices may change. We will notify you in advance.
- Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense any content within the app
5. Audio Content
All audio content in Hushy is licensed for personal use only within the app. You may not record, export, or redistribute the audio files.
6. Medical Disclaimer
Hushy is a relaxation and sleep aid tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Binaural beats are an audio effect — consult a healthcare professional if you have epilepsy or other conditions that may be affected by auditory stimulation.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Hushy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
