These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Stitch Organizer mobile app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
Your content
You are responsible for the projects, notes, photos, and other content you create in the app. This content is stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to your content; we claim no ownership of it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except where permitted by law.
- Do not use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Data and backups
Your data is stored on your device. Uninstalling the app or losing your device will delete your data. We are not responsible for maintaining or recovering your content, so please back up anything important separately.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate (including floss codes, colors, or conversions, which are provided for convenience only).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
